ScienceArts follows The City of Alexandria Public School system for weather-related closings. If the city's schools are closed, ScienceArts is closed. If the city's schools are opening one hour late, all ScienceArts classes will start on time. If the city's schools are opening two hours late, the morning classes at ScienceArts will be canceled. All afternoon classes at ScienceArts will start on time if the city's schools have a late start. No make-ups will be scheduled for classes that start late or are canceled due to weather.
